As a Project Leader you will assume all responsibilities in the field of the daily lead,
coordination, planning and responsibility of the projects running in the R&D group in Europe.
Coordination of all development and product improvements for the new products and the optimization of existing products.
Your main tasks will include:
- Planning of the engineers within the R&D team to ensure a timely delivery of the R&D projects
- Follow up and report on the main KPI’s for all R&D projects (budget, lead time, resources, requirements)
- Review R&D project status with sales team and management on a recurrent basis
- Work in close collaboration with Product Director to support the Product Management process
- Guarantee correct development process is followed, all according ISO procedures
- Support of other departments in the company during demo’s and technical meetings
- Research (in close cooperation with R&D team) on reported problems that manifest on products
- Cooperate in definition of new functionalities of future products and solutions
- Project related reporting towards higher management and engineers
- Keep all projects data and documentation up-to-date in the available tools and CRM applications
