To support our growing team and projects we are looking for a driven and enthusiastic salesforce developer who wants to contribute to this growth.

You will be working in a fascinating and varied environment where you will certainly find something to your liking. The development of applications, digitizing and automating processes for Ausy customers will be part of your responsibilities.

With the help of Salesforce tools, you and the colleagues in your team will know how to amaze the customers. You think actively and put yourself in the shoes of the customers who will soon be working with your app!

You know how to make different applications "talk" to each other and you can work out processes in detail. When deploying applications, you are involved in testing and any rework. Besides working on new applications, you will also be responsible for supporting existing customers or making adjustments for them.

You will be given the opportunity to continuously explore new technological possibilities of Salesforce integrations and links. After all, you can use the experience you have gained to solve all sorts of puzzles and you are happy to share it with your team members and other people within Ausy.

Our head office is located in Leuven, but you can also work at clients' premises or use your 'home office'.

• You have an analytical mind and can think in combinations and make connections quickly. You are fascinated by drawing out flows and processes and you are able to communicate this intelligibly.
• You are also pragmatic, because sometimes it is necessary to quickly provide solutions that a customer would not initially think of. You know exactly what is needed to achieve the customer's goal, taking into account the interests of all those involved.
• You have great empathy. You are able to put yourself in the shoes of the users of your applications.
• Knowledge of Salesforce is not a must as we will provide the necessary trainings. You are just enthusiastic and driven to deepen your knowledge in this field.
• You are a team player and you can help and support your fellow developers where necessary.
• We do not expect you to be a polyglot, but knowledge of Dutch and English is necessary.
