Randstad and AUSY strengthen their links with CentraleSupélec by co-producing an original training course 100% dedicated to digital entrepreneurship.

It’s a first! Never before has CentraleSupélec, a prestigious French engineering school, established an academic training course 100% dedicated to digital intrapreneurship. Designed upon request for Randstad France and AUSY, and constructed with the support of the Chair in Digital Innovation at CentraleSupélec, this programme responds to two objectives: to remain one step ahead in recruitment digitalisation and to onboard motivated Randstad employees in this digital transformation.

On Monday, October 16, CentraleSupélec signed a partnership agreement with Randstad and AUSY, which also reinforced prior collaboration with the Chair. The Chair had already enabled the completion of different projects, including bringing Randstad’s expertise to the development of the application Pocket Coach (a job search virtual assistant), collaborating on an augmented reality project, a chatbot for candidates and design thinking on the recruitment process for the Y and Z generations. The partnership also brings together AUSY and CentraleSupélec, giving young talented engineers from the school exclusive access to technologically insightful projects that AUSY works on behalf of huge clients in the industry and in IT. For this reason, in 2017, AUSY became partner of the Design and Industrialisation of Innovative Systems branch of the Digital Tech Year.
