HUMAN MACHINE INTERFACE (HMI) ERGONOMICS

Ergonomics is the science of interactions between a person and their environment and/or a specific item while carrying out an activity in a given context or time. HMI Ergonomics is the sub-discipline which focuses on human machine interfaces.

UX DESIGN

According to Jakob Nielsen and Don Norman, “‘User experience’ (UX) encompasses all aspects of the end user's interaction with the company, its services, and its products.” Thus, it is an important course of action when finding a solution.

DESIGN THINKING

Design Thinking is a structured approach that allows for solutions centered on the end user to be generated and developed. In addition, since it is iterative, it makes it possible to evaluate and optimise the solution in short cycles. This is while always keeping the final user at the forefront in order to bring them what they really need.
