AUSY, the data controller, is committed to protecting the privacy of all users of the website, accessible at the following address: (hereinafter referred to as the”Site”).


What data is collected by AUSY and for what purpose? 

We collect personal data from our employees, applicants, providers, professional contacts and Site users. 

This information is intended for AUSY’s administrative and commercial management purposes. 

If you make use of our online application forms, AUSY will gather the personal information submitted by you and use it for recruitment purposes. 

Regarding the recruitment process, and following your explicit consent, we will retain your file for four years in order to contact you in case of new opportunities.

Who is the data intended for?   

AUSY undertakes not to sell, share or disclose your personal data to third parties outside the AUSY Group, i.e. the AUSY Group and its subsidiaries (pursuant to article L 233.3 of the Commercial Code).


The data gathered from the Site is intended for the relevant departments in AUSY and, where appropriate, subcontractors and service providers. 


Can this data be shared? 

The collected data can be transferred to AUSY subsidiaries that are established in countries with an insufficient level of protection. Conventions aimed at monitoring data transfers have therefore been concluded by AUSY to ensure data security. 


What are your rights?
