In this new challenge, you ensure the medium-term vision (i.e. over the year) of our client's industrial activities, in order to anticipate all preparation and execution activities on the production line.

To do so, you will establish the production schedule based on 1/ the customer's needs, 2/ the availability of supplies, 3/ the human and material capacity

For example, your tasks will include 

• Editing the schedule for the month and measuring the OTD ("One Time Delivery")  
• Informing your manager of any discrepancies between the schedule and the customer's needs 
• Providing internal suppliers and purchasing with the dates of need for supplies   
• Checking for interferences between production lines or between production lines 
• Management of launch sheets
• Updating the MRP (Make, purchase, phantom, lead time, etc.) 
• Checking supply coverage and sending the list of shortages to supply chain operators for analysis

If you are interested in this position, here are the requirements to be considered for this position! 

• You have a bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience
• You have some experience in an administrative function with planning management 
• You are fluent in French and English, both spoken and written 
• You have knowledge of MS Office and a project management tool (MS Project, Primavera, Sciforma, ...) 
• You have the ability to interact effectively with multiple and diverse departments
• You are able to work in a complex and rapidly changing environment. 

Contract: Permanent contract with Ausy OR freelance contract

Work schedule: full time (40h/week with 12 days of recovery/year)
