Mechanics Solution : Modelling of a security element - Energy Sector

In the Energy sector, security is particularly important. The AUSY Group has realised the mesh of a pressure valve on a steam generator. The AUSSY team worked from the valve's dimensions obtained by a laser system of measurement system.

Our interventions

Conception of a configured mesh process reproducing the structure of the body of the valve by relying on the information furnished by the dimensional drawings and analysis of electronic probing of the piece, in the absence of precise measurements on the conception plans
The mesh is intended for the calculus of deformations of the neck of the nozzle when strain is applied to the valve's nozzle and the calculus of the thermo gradient, constraints and deformations.
Calculus tests to validate the model
