« The two of us work as a pair on the HR team. Our objective? Assure and facilitate the dialogue between business manager, support functions (HR DAF) and our collaborators on missions. Therefore we address every day AUSY consultants and managers all over France, on every site and in every one of the Group's activities
This transversal function is essential to all the operational departments. Daily we manage consultants' requests, advise them and facilitate their relationship with the managers and the structure in general. As they are often outside the office and based on our clients' sites, it is more difficult for them to keep a solid link to the Group. That's where we come in : we are their privileged interlocutors, not their direct superiors; which allows them to confide in us more easily. Then, it's up to us to help them, if we possibly can, or at least make sure the information gets to the right person.

We also play a role in their career evolution : in fact we make sure their mission follow-ups and their annual interviews take place regularly.

On their side, the collaborators inform us on the progression of their projects and missions, the way they unwind, of their desires and motivations and this is capital information that we can send back to their managers.

We set up regular communication actions and information sessions dedicated to them : we therefore organise regular evenings, breakfasts or lunches on the different Group sites to meet them. And we « also celebrate » together… it's one of the most pleasant missions in this job. We've played golf together in the Paris region, gone bowling in Rennes, gone on a aerial assault course and gone karting in the South -East, blindfolded wine tasting and danced to hit songs from the '80s in Lillie. One of the difficulties? Renew ourselves in order to be able to constantly offer new propositions.
