Olivier, 39 years old, Technical Director of a Production Centre, Industrial IT engineer,
I placed my career under the sign of diversity: if in the beginning my experience specialised me mainly in telecommunications and industry, AUSY gave me the occasion to tackle and discover other types of projects offering good training, like information systems and banking, for example. After 2 years as a Consultant and while I was inter-contract, AUSY proposed I work with a Director of Operations to develop a regional branch. This accelerated practical on the job training as a Technical Director was a great opportunity.
Since, I represent my branches technical guarantee :
• In pre-sales : I am in charge of responding to calls to tender on all projects other than technical assistance, that is to say on work packages, commitment to results... I work as a pair with Business Managers , who formalise AUSY's commercial offer and are in charge of recruiting the consultants :
• by following up on projects : I'm in charge of the project managers or the teams of consultants working directly on projects I'm responsible for ;
• for management : I am in charge of the Technical Business Manager and I account for my activity directly to the Group's Projects Department.
And because I don't want to stop there, two years ago I chose to become an internal auditor; I also am part of the CMMI work group, which is another means of meeting collaborators and discovering different approaches, clients and types of intervention. The diversity in my work, that's what truly motivates me. That's a good thing : it's precisely the characteristic of my job.»
