« I have a relatively atypical career at AUSY. I first became a consultant, with IT support, system administration and web platform missions. Working on different subjects enabled me to acquire indispensable knowledge of core activities so that today I can manage my teams well and truly be in a position to respond to demands and to the clients' constraints.

A background, therefore, that is indispensable for the position I really aspire to: becoming a business professional. It is the contact with the client that has always interested me, and offering new solutions and learning about new business activities. To show my business fibre, I have invested myself a lot and I have contributed to the development of my missions. My managers have remarked this and have pushed me in this direction. AUSY has thus enabled me to evolve toward the position of Business Engineer and, recently, towards the position of Branch Manager.

My presence at our clients' sites, my reactivity and the response we bring to each of their needs are so many guarantees of AUSY's success... and mine. A the present moment I thus manage « My Little Company » : I am the guarantor of the Branch's turnover, of its profitability and its sustainability : and of my teams to the same degree, to motivate, reassure and help them as much as possible. I handle these two jobs simultaneously very well, especially since I have a lot of autonomy and responsibilities. This job is exactly the one I was looking for...even though I have no intention of stopping there. »
