« I have a master's - 2 years in Human Resources Engineering from l’UCO-René Descartes Paris V.
Joining AUSY in 2007, I first began as a recruitment specialist. I liked the job from the start: dynamism, reactivity, technical dimension, you never get bored ! Being the first contact, the first exchange with the candidate, is what's really nice. It's often a privileged relationship that you keep with the collaborator, once he/she has been hired.
Concretely, I look for and evaluate the candidates susceptible to correspond from a technical and relational point of view to the positions to provide. For this I work as a team with the managers and the technical management, particularly for understanding the technical aspects. I also link up with the engineering schools and participate in recruitment fairs, searching for new potentials.

At the end of a year I was able to evolve as the Head of Regional Recruitment and manage a team of several recruitment experts. The position is transversal: recruitment, training, communication... and allows for taking on new responsibilities: I regularly welcome trainees whom I train and my greatest satisfaction is to witness their progression and their success! Recently I was also able to experiment with putting together an internal newspaper because I now supervise and coordinate my region's newsletter.

This position is an opportunity that I would not have had elsewhere : acquiring experience in management so soon allows me to considerably enrich my professional career and it corresponds well to my entrepreneurial character.»
