« My objective : the satisfaction of my core activity interlocutors »
Anne-Laure, 25 years old, Consultant, Site Manager, MOA IT engineer
AUSY allowed me to evolve within a Support & Maintenance team of 14 persons, which supervises the activities of a BO (Back-Office). More precisely, today I am in charge of assisting the owner of software for the management listed derivative products.
After a support phase, I followed the expansion of the software to London and now New York. The stakes involved in this expansion and the complexity of the subject are enormous, so much so that there is a lot of pressure at certain critical moments. Because of this fact, the whole team got to know each other much better and the work atmosphere is very pleasant.
I also evolved toward project management. These projects correspond to the starting up of new activities for the Back Office (for example,, the recovery of a BO in Tokyo and Hong-Kong from Paris), changing the parties involved (collaboration with Turkish teams) or yet still projects stemming from new Market regulations (MiFID, recast of US market referential ). These subjects are very interesting and varied. Each day is different and brings its lot of new contacts or new items.
This type of mission suits me perfectly because it demands a lot of organization and rigour. One has to be able to handle several subjects at the same time, manage priorities and the job of first direct interlocutor for all the users' demands. My objective: the resolution of BO problems and in particular, seeing that everyone is satisfied.
I talked about my team, we're very close, because it is an important factor for me. It's because of its conviviality that I chose AUSY. The Group regularly organises events on our project sites and this represents incontestably a « plus » for me: one feels in a Group that's moving, and it's good to show it to others.»
