« I have a Master's degree in Biochemistry from the Pierre and Marie Curie University and an engineering diploma from ANDGL (School of Software Engineering Techniques). I took this 2nd training during my apprenticeship and it enabled me to study all the stages of an industrial project, from the specification of systems right up to the validation, passing through project management and quality management.

This training is in total adequation with my job: I was able to follow, within the framework of the AUSY University, training as a Project Manager. I currently manage a team of 4 persons to realise software products with commitment to results.

The position I occupy at present is not simple, but I love the progression axis that it enables me to follow in terms of career and in particular in terms of skills. It necessitates polyvalence, an understanding of negotiation and a capacity to adapt quickly and propose innovative solutions. Without forgetting the satisfaction one feels when the projects are finally deployed!

On a daily basis, my activities are widely diverse :
• Analysis of the client's need to estimate the workload
• Clarification of the need with the client
• Planning of tasks to be done
• Negotiation of workloads with the client and management of conflicts
• Verification of client deliverables
• Communication with the client to keep track of the project's progression.
And as we are a small team, I personally participate in the production effort :
• Conception/design
• Coding and unitary tests
• Validation and correcting anomalies.

My activity doesn't stop at managing my position well: I 'm involved within the AUSY structure, as a relay between the Head Office teams and the teams working on projects on the client's site. And because the Group helps us follow-up on innovations in our field, I would like to participate in future classes at the AUSY University.»
