The AUSY Group is doing everything to maintain  and assure profitable and sustainable growth. It adapts its services and its organisation to its clients' needs and to the evolution of society. This strong determination to improve service to the client is conveyed by :

 The maintaining and widening of the ISO 9001 certification parameter and the acquisition of new accreditations
 (CMMI3, EN9100)
 The continual acquiring of complementary skills
 The development of R&D platforms and strong added-value services : set prices, service centres, work package projects.

Establish partnerships with providers

The ethical commitment towards providers is equally promoted and developed. The Purchasing policy creates long-term partnership relationships with providers :

 Choice of providers according to a controlled list
 Setting up an AUSY Store (internal provider).

The Group displays transparent and accessible information concerning its financial activity and also communicates broadly on its governance :

Display a transparent social policy

The AUSY Group valorises an individual and collective social policy, founded on each collaborator's evolution (skills development and employability) :

Establish partnerships with civil society

 Partnerships with engineering, business schools
 Proposal of apprenticeship contracts and internships
 Sponsoring of inter-school events (for example: competitions E=M6, …)
 Financing of associations (sponsoring solidarity events …)
 Actions concerning local recruitment (presentation of the Group on different forums and regional recruitment shows, partnerships with schools in the main regions of France).


Have an ethical approach

Concerning social responsibility, we have the determination to deploy an approach founded on ethics. Formalised, especially in our moral code, is our commitment to rely on the respect and the implementation of rights and universal principles. A few on-going initiatives :

 A Moral Code structured and formalised by the General Management with concrete measures
 Collaborator's charter
 IT Charter, especially limiting access to certain sites that do not correspond to the company's "ethics" vision – leading to the protection of the employees themselves and the protection of the AUSY Group's image.
