| « Can you describe the AUSY Group? » « AUSY's job is to accompany its clients from the study stage to the realisation and the maintenance of their projects to generate High Technology solutions and products, adapted to their specific needs..This profession, AUSY practices it around a double specialisation : «Does the AUSY Group defend values? In an economic world often defined by its absence of values, what advantages do they represent for the company today?» « Excellence is a value, and it is the one we defend and value most at AUSY. The proof that it works? For the past 6 years, the Group has known uninterrupted growth and in 2010, for the third straight year, we have out-performed the market in terms of growth. The AUSY Group deliberately displays its search for excellence, first through its teams and managers. Effective and implicated in the functioning and dynamic of the company, they show a range of high level requirements in each of the Group's functions. The excellence comes from training and continual improvement : we make sure that all our collaborators develop their responsibilities and stick to their commitments. Lastly, excellence is found, of course, in the quality of our projects and the solutions we set up for our clients, in the quality of the way we listen to them and our response to their needs. Making it even more important is the fact that we are in a constantly mutating market, with an approach more and more globalised and work-package project oriented. » « How does one orchestrate, on a daily basis in the company, this march towards the excellence you describe? How can this commitment feed the strategy of your company and motivate your collaborators ? » «You have to make the market a partner and a stimulant. The evolution of Consultancy and accompaniment in High Technologies towards the work-package incites us to pursue our requirement of high exigency, commitment and responsibility. This ambition translates itself of course into a more severe selection of the calls for tender which the AUSY Group chooses to respond to, and greater rigour in the management methods applied for set priced projects.The competitive terrain equally pushes us to develop the training of our technical experts, make it more highly specific, have them evolve and trace true career evolutions within the Group. We have the ambition, therefore, to put in our collaborator's hands all the advantages that will make them the best. The Group's ambition and the successes it obtains have no other origin: they come from the motivation of our teams, from their expertise and their desire to progress. They come from their capacity to invest in the Group and our capacity to believe in them and support them. » « AUSY celebrated its 20th birthday in 2010. You employ more than 3 000 engineers, you have been experiencing strong growth for the past 6 years and yet again you've shown that your in good health despite the economic crisis. How do you do it? » « The strategy defined since 2007 in our CAP 2009 plan has show all its pertinence : we have set up adapted financing, developed our growth strategy both internally as well as externally; we have bet on our teams, cultivated our strong points without hiding our weak points from ourselves; on the contrary we have worked on them, and improved, and we have shown, looking at our results, reactivity and opportunism in our recruitment choices, our partners and our external growth targets. A new plan has just been adopted until 2012 : the plan AVENIR.So well that we have naturally succeeded in widening and developing service offers that are always more innovative and pay the utmost attention to our clients' needs. » « What are the AUSY Group's priority projects today? » « We have given ourselves two fundamental objectives : develop the relationships with our most important clients and increase our share of the market. To reach these objectives, we are going to : « What image of the Group do you hope to give to professionals in the sector and to young graduates? » « A Group whose projects, carried out mostly by our Big Account clients, are interesting, valorising for the teams that work on them and represent advances and real technological or functional progress. AUSY displays today a real conquest and results-driven culture and we would like the students and young professional that join us to take an active part in this dynamic. » « Which recruiting channels do you plebiscite ? » « Engineering schools are our main recruitment targets. Strong skills in our core activities are necessary of course to integrate the Group, but also the professional and personal qualities that should be in diapason with ours: ambition, availability, capacity to adapt, research for excellence.... We are looking for collaborators who are principally capable of serenely combine their know-how and interpersonal skills. We give maximum encouragement for training internships and we do not hesitate to place our trainee engineers directly into our project teams so that they are well trained quickly in our core activities and our clients' needs.
