CMMI® (Capability Maturity Model Integration) is used universally as the model of reference to guide efforts to improve the process in thousands of organisations.
Within the framework of its improvement approach, AUSY undertook in 2007 the task of enriching its practices when it comes to software development based on the CMMI model.. Most of the overshoots run into are not generally due to the teams but very often linked to organisational practices. The increase in the maturity of the development methods contribute significantly to the improvement of results. At AUSY, the Quality objectives are in coherence with the Group's global policy and truly participate in the profitability objective.
AUSY certified CMMI maturity 3… A new major step in the Group's Quality commitment
In 2009,the Work package activities of the Departments of Industrial Operations Paris and the South West Region successfully passed the CMMI maturity 3 of the model CMMI ® V1.2 evaluations realised by an external evaluator"SEI-authorized Lead Appraiser®"(1), in accordance with the expected planning. This label, officially recognised by the SEI (Software Engineering Institute), is a guarantee of quality.
