Human Resources are at the heart of the action and development of the Group
« The quality of our recruitment is one of our keys to success » Marianne Facon, Head of Internal Growth
AUSY does its upmost to attract and gather the best talents possible. Our partnerships with engineering schools enable us to respond to our client demands for highly qualified recruits. As a result, we look for the best skills only. We have developed solid relations and partnerships, with over 20 leading schools in France: we intervene regularly in their training programs so that the students benefit from our vast network of experts (development of practical cases and technical themed cases on an operational level) and to inform students on Group opportunities.
The Recruitment process
Recruitment is decentralised in each Operational Department and each region. This way, we privilege a flexible and reactive structure for our teams and also for the candidates, who quickly discover their opportunities.
Each manager is involved in the process, right up to the highest management team.
Integrating the Group
« Our collaborators are our first preoccupation and are the object of a personalised follow-up by several persons within the Group. » Didier Lichtensteger, Operational Human Resources Director
The manager: Once hired, each new engineer joins a managers’ team. This manager becomes responsible for his/her career evolution and allocates projects to the engineer in accordance with their skills and geographical zone. Interviews and regular follow-up enable them to measure together the engineer's progress and ambitions, essential for professional evolution programs.
The site Manager: Each engineer who starts a new project is welcomed by an AUSY sponsor. This person is in charge of the site, animates, without any hierarchical link, a team of AUSY consultants present at the client. This site manager will be the reference person for all requests and will provide him/her with key information on how the Group functions. Site managers have privileged access to information. As a result they are the best people for communicating with collaborators outside the AUSY offices.
The HR coordinator: Each engineer is accompanied by a HR coordinator, also detached from a direct superior hierarchy, who ensures the exchange and the coordination of information between all collaborators in the AUSY structure. As a result, the Group regularly organises branch meetings (quarterly) at different client sites, in AUSY offices or during festive events. These meetings often take place in the evening and represent privileged moments, enabling everyone to get to know each other as well as the management and the HRD. Their objective is to favor a climate of confidence and conviviality and a relaxed atmosphere after a day's work.
The AUSY Group encourages and favours mobility under 2 axis :
Our presence over all of France enables us to respond to demands for geographical mobility. Missions in foreign countries also present themselves regularly for candidates interested in momentary expatriation..
