AUSY does its upmost to attract and gather the best talents possible. Our partnerships with engineering schools enable us to respond to our client demands for highly qualified recruits. As a result, we look for the best skills only. We have developed solid relations and partnerships, with over 20 leading schools in France: we intervene regularly in their training programs so that the students benefit from our vast network of experts (development of practical cases and technical themed cases on an operational level) and to inform students on Group opportunities.

| Recruitment is decentralised in each Operational Department and each region. This way, we privilege a flexible and reactive structure for our teams and also for the candidates, who quickly discover their opportunities. Each manager is involved in the process, right up to the highest management team.
