The AUSY Group's consistent growth has lead to a thriving workforce dimension year on year. Internal growth (through recruitment) is one of the key reasons for this outcome and AUSY is not ready to stop recruiting: AUSY will be hiring a further 1,200 engineers in 2013. This figure in itself demonstrates AUSY's appeal to not only young engineers but also experienced professionals.

Mergers with other entities and companies should increase the AUSY Group's visability and appeal.

Despite the economic crisis, the AUSY Group is strengthening its position as a key recrutment leader is France and particularly in regional areas.
